1. Refunds and returns

Once payment is made, we do not offer refunds or returns. However, if you have any concerns or questions about your test, please don't hesitate to contact us.

2. Transfer of testing

If you need to transfer the test to someone else's name, we're happy to assist you with this process.

3. Lost or damaged samples

We take great care to ensure that your samples are delivered to our lab safely and securely. However, if your sample is lost or damaged during delivery, we'll send you a free replacement kit. We understand that this can be frustrating, and we want to make sure that you're able to complete your test as quickly and easily as possible.

4. Failed lab results
​
In the unlikely event that the laboratory is unable to obtain DNA from your sample, we'll inform you right away and send you a free replacement kit to try again. We're committed to providing you with accurate and reliable results, and we'll do everything in our power to make sure that you're satisfied with your testing experience.
